220 Water Street represents signature DUMBO living: a historic shoe factory converted into relaxed luxury apartments with modern amenities. The 30-foot atrium lobby was reimagined to warmly welcome residents with a balanced modern feel while embracing its roots. Designed by Becka Citron and Modern Anthology.
